The presentations, retreat, and small group work of Live and Forgive integrates scientific and faith-based definitions of forgiveness, findings from the best research on how forgiveness works and the health benefits of forgiveness, and the research-validated REACH forgiveness and reconciliation processes, with support from the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University. Presented information also includes important findings from research at the Stanford Forgiveness Project, the Hawaii Forgiveness Project, and the International Forgiveness Institute that can be applied in the personal process of forgiving as part of actively living religious faith.
