Speaker Engagements: We offer engaging and interactive speaker engagements that cover a range of topics, including exercise, sleep, yoga, self-care, Ayurveda, healthy boundaries, and conflict resolution. Variety of Yoga Classes: Our diverse range of yoga classes includes yoga Nidra, guided meditation, yin, deep stretch, hatha, vinyasa, and power vinyasa, catering to the individual needs and preferences of our clients. One Day Retreat Itinerary: We have carefully crafted a One-Day Retreat itinerary to provide a holistic experience that promotes self-care, healing, and growth. The itinerary includes guided deep stretching, self-care sessions, exercise and sleep rituals, Ayurveda, healthy boundary-setting, and an exploration of happiness factors and conflict resolution through Yoga Nidra and guided meditation.
