LIVE OAK ADULT DAY SERVICES is a nonprofit, community-based, non-discriminatory agency located in Santa Clara County. Live Oak’s mission is twofold: to provide a quality structured day program designed to enhance the lives of frail seniors and to provide respite for their caregivers. Our goal is to provide socialization and cognitive stimulation to our seniors and to support our family caregivers in their efforts to maintain their senior dependent loved one in the family home.
