We offer an alternative to symptom-masking methods, focusing instead on deep healing and authentic change. Who is Live Today? Live Today was founded by Tricia and Sandi, two women who’ve spent their lives in service—guiding others through transformation, healing, and the brave work of becoming who they truly are. Between us, we’ve spent decades holding space for others. And we’ve both walked the journey of burnout, grief, over-giving, and self-reclamation. Live Today is our invitation to stop waiting.
