We're specialist virtual assistants and remote receptionists. We are a small team which means we are very approachable and more hands-on than the larger, more familiar call centres. Much is spoken about having a 'can do' attitude. Our team truly does. Our aim is always to say yes. It's your clinic and we want to work with you. We may make some suggestions that from our experience, will help you - we certainly don't tend to make things easier for ourselves. Whatever your system (or if you have no system), we will probably have used it before. If you don't have a system currently, we can help you implement the right system for you and your clinic. We can set it up for you too. The most popular systems that we use are Jane Clinic Management, Cliniko, TM3, PPS, Practice Pal, Write Upp, Pabau, Clinic Office and more.
