Liven is a platform that uses self-reflection and behavioral science to change users’ thoughts, actions, and emotions. We don’t believe any tool, no matter how perfect, should be used as a forever crutch. Our ultimate goal is to help those using the Liven app review their values and coping strategies. This will allow them to finally live intentionally and make choices independently. We don’t claim to be the solution — you are. But we’re here to support the process.
