For every workplace session booked, we promise to deliver a session to a high school in Australia, free of charge, extending our reach and impact among the youth. LIVINWell Plus: A half-day mental health training session conducted by experienced psychologists. This program focuses on destigmatising mental ill-health, recognising early signs, and providing support strategies, including suicide prevention.
