About Living Direct
Living Direct | Brands to Fit Your Lifestyle Living Direct has been a leader in the specialty appliance industry since 1999. Our reputation for producing high quality products and customer service is the best in the industry. Living Direct began as a niche appliance ecommerce retailer, in 1999. After 6 years of sales and customer feedback regarding the products we were selling, we saw an opportunity to launch our own brand and fulfill a need in the market. In 2005, Edgestar was born. Edgestar was immediately praised by our customers and we knew we were onto something. With our experience, and using customer feedback as our foundation, we continued to seek out products and expand into categories that answered those needs. With this expansion we launched two more brands. Koldfront was launched in 2006 and Avallon was launched in 2013 to meet the various needs we were seeing. In October 2015, Living Direct was acquired by Ferguson Enterprises which expanded our customer reach. In 2017 Living Direct shed the retail portion of the company and began to focus solely on product development and support for the Living Direct brands: Edgestar, Koldfront and Avallon. Our goal is to provide high quality products to enhance your life.
