About Living Room Yoga

Living Room Yoga specialize in integrating the ancient teachings of yoga with current knowledge of the body, the teachings of today's greatest thinkers, and your own needs, values, and intuition. Rather than trying to make you "look like the pose," Living Room Yoga uses the poses - and other healing modalities - to help you reach your own goals. This applies whether you are an athlete overcoming injury or trying to reach a greater level of performance, an office worker seeking relief from stress and neck pain, or a retired person recovering from a stroke. Our mission is to empower each individual who walks through our doors with the tools to engineer their own healing. Our experience has taught us that regular yoga practice - and the awareness on all levels of being that accompanies that practice - does lead to healing. It has also been our experience that through the healing process - whether it be the healing of the physical body, the mind, the emotions, or the spirit - individuals gain a greater clarity and purpose for their lives. This enables them to being healing to the world around them through their work or just through a change of attitude... We love it when this happens!
