As Director of Living Strategy Lab, I work directly with leaders, teams, and places to navigate complexity with care. Learning, relationships, and purpose sit at the heart of every project. The Lab is home to Living Governance, including Living Strategy: trauma-informed, learning-led, and place-based approaches to systems change. They are not prescriptive toolkits but flexible frames I can draw on to support our work together. Each is shaped around your context, priorities, and the change you want to make, helping us create approaches that fit and work where you are.
