To Me, Life Coaching is about taking an individual from where they are currently and elevating them to the next level of happiness, and contentment by teaching them the skills necessary to move them to the next level and beyond to Living Whole Heartedly. I specialize in assisting individuals to develop, practice and implement skills enabling them to successfully navigate difficult moments in life. I believe that true happiness is born from increasing our awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors which sometimes prevent us from connecting with others and achieving goals. My mission is to help you to achieve the life you want and Live Whole Heartedly through learning to embrace your authentic self, enhance your current life situations, and enjoy each moment as it unfolds.
