OUR FOCUS IS YOUR FUTURE… Lizzadro Properties Inc. was founded in 2004 by Louis Lizzadro, CCIM to persue investments in commercial real estate. We acquire stable Industrial and Office properties through SEC Reg D Group Investment Syndications, creating value for our stakeholders by focusing on owning, managing and leasing commercial real estate located in the greater Chicago area. This helps us to continually improve our depth of experience and knowledge by concentrating on this specific area. With the challenges over the past five years and those that we have yet to encounter through this economic cycle, Lizzadro Properties and our operating partners have worked diligently to provide efficient and profitable operating properties. Using a conservative approach to managing assets and developing strategies to mitigate risk, we strive to improve our investment performance. Lizzadro Properties is now looking toward the future and expanding opportunities to serve those who chose to join us on this adventure. We are developing programs where we will be able to consider assets in other markets such as Southern California, Kansas City, Phoenix, Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth. All of our interests surround areas based on logistics patterns that follow primary distribution and manufacturing operations.
