LJI is family owned and Aggie operated residential and light commercial hvac contractor that specializes in the service and maintenance of customers HVAC systems. LJI Fort Bend is lead by Dylan Langhamer, a third generation Texas licensed HVAC contractor. Although a young 29 owner/operator, Dylan has grown up in the trade from little on. He gained valuable experience in large commercial project management while working for Harvey Builders from 2014-2016. Duties with Harvey included MEP coordination and commissioning on the Exxon Mobile Campus Project Energy Center. Upon completing that Dylan moved to downtown base building on the Allen Center I renovation. That experience opened Dylan's eyes to what GC's deal with and how to become a better sub-contractor when working with professional general contractors. It is our mission to ensure that each of our projects are done safely, on time, and on budget without ever compromising quality of finished products. From 2016 to the present Dylan has oversaw projects ranging from $10,000 to $725,000 mechanical contracts. These projects ranged from design builds for small business owners to new construction with engineered contractual drawings for a private school with hard deadlines.
