LM Group Real Estate is a family owned company, established by its co-founders Marina Nitzak and Juan Manuel Velilla. Juan is a fully registered and certified EFPA European Financial advisor, with a degree in Economics, Master´s degree in European financial advisory and over 10 years international finance, investments and audit experience. Marina is Marketing and communications professional with over 20 years of international experience. Our team of trusted professionals and collaborators includes some of the most established and reputable real estate agents, specialized holiday lettings agencies, legal and banking experts and construction and interior design firms. What do we offer? We offer our investor clients a full package of investment consultancy, acquisition and management service, with a peace of mind that is backed by the EU´s new law, regulating financial and investment advisory professionals in Spain through certification such as EFPA. We represent our investors´ interests from the very first meeting, providing completely personalized confidential consultation in accordance with their personal financial situation, budget and requirements. Our full management service includes overseeing personally all the elements of each transaction, including personally accompanying our clients during each viewing and step, and maintaining them updated on all the progress.
