Based in Arizona, LMC Phoenix is a leadership-driven and people-centered sales and marketing firm. Since our opening, we have already found much success and are expanding! Why are we so successful? A big part of our success starts with our philosophy. We strive to be the best versions of ourselves every day; this means giving 120% and making no excuses. Being a part of our team means you can manage responsibilities and have a positive impact on others. Everything we do at LMC Phoenix is done with intent! Our training starts at the entry-level to focus on communication skills, basic sales techniques, and product knowledge. At LMC Phoenix, we believe every excellent leader begins in an entry-level role, where they have to prove not only their abilities but also their willingness to learn and humility. As our training becomes more intense, we cover subjects such as situational leadership, time management, and finance management. As LMC Phoenix expands, the goal is to promote our team into upper management roles where they manage relationships between locations and clients and learn what it takes to run their own business and do so as an autonomous entity. Every promotion we offer at LMC Phoenix is clear cut and defined. We do not believe in seniority, and we do not promote based on favoritism. Furthermore, we link everyone’s success to their ability to train and develop others supporting camaraderie and a family-like environment. Our team is competitive, driven, and goal-oriented. Over the next year, LMC Phoenix expects to expand into two new markets and plan to do this by staying true to our process and keeping our standards high.
