About LMS Coaching, LOVE MY SELF Coaching for Women | I help women with the normal interruptions of life.

PURPOSE: My life’s purpose is helping people. Coaching’s my career of choice. Nothing gives me greater joy than having a client who is happy in their life. I work with women, in the transitions space: moms transitioning to an empty nest, women wanting to be empathetic leaders (EI), & women transitioning to a more balanced life. We work together as a team, but I will challenge you with many questions leading to a lot self-reflection & self-awareness. Change is a process that happens for anyone, & the latest research shows change occurs deep in the brain over time. Being patient with yourself & persistent towards what you want to achieve is important. Having an accountability partner to guide you through this process can be easier & more reliable than going at it alone. I love my work, I feel blessed to be in my chosen career, & I look forward to each day & each new challenge. *The Empowerment Path for Moms: This Master class is for moms facing the transition towards having an empty nest. I have 3 adult children of my own & have been through this and needed support I could not find when I wanted it. This MAJOR LIFE CHANGE in a mom’s life goes on for years, and my work is to help moms prepare themselves during this transition so they don’t come home to the shock of “deafening silence” one day which can send a mom down an unhealthy & unhappy path. The research shows transitioning to an empty nest can be the most difficult on a mom, the primary caregiver of the children. I created this Master Class to help moms who are looking for support and answers to help empower themselves as they navigate through what can be stressful times of raising a teen toward adulthood. Having been through this myself, I have a lot of lived experience, and this is what I use to coach and for my program. PASSION: My volunteer time is spent on my life’s passion, finding ways to help my community, state & nation educate people about our mental health crisis.
