Sam A. Paiz founded LMS Group (formerly Lat-Tel Multi Services) with the vision of educating and serving the hispanic community through a variety of services including federal, state and local tax preparation, insurance, real estate, bookkeeping services and educational classes. LMS Group is a family owned business that operates closely with clients to promote a deeper understanding of certain aspects of modern business. With 30 years of business experience, the LMS Group has successfully owned and operated two retail centers which process thousands of tax returns annually. This experience allowed the LMS Group to establish a new division in 2008 to service other independent tax offices. Within 4 years, LMS Services has serviced over 500 independent tax offices. Sam A. Paiz has built his company around Christian principles, and along with his wife Deana Paiz, have been active members of the Houston Restoration Church since 1998. For many years now, Sam and Deana Paiz have assisted their pastors in reaching out to hurting families struggling with the painful consequences of substance abuse. "Empowering People to Live Their Dreams" is the Mission of the LMS Group and the LMS Support staff. At our organization's core is the fundamental belief that if we always conduct business with Integrity and treat our clients with the utmost Respect, we will lead our families and community to success. LMS Group has been and remaines dedicated to the faith-based vision of Sam A. Paiz; specifically working to serve the undeserved market in their community by giving each client the education and tools to become financially successful.
