Fiercely entrepreneurial, while cleverly applying proven tactics, he prides himself on leveraging the opportunities hidden within businesses that will help them reach their full potential. Following an impressive and highly successful Hall of Fame career in racing, Cal now brings his vast experience to a wide array of businesses and industries. No matter what challenge you face, LNGA can utilize Cal’s deep expertise to drive momentum and expand your opportunities for growth. Sarah Turner Wells: Sarah Turner Wells truly understands the world in which hospitality professionals operate. With a great deal of first-hand experience within the food & beverage industry, Sarah expanded her focus from food and dining experiences to restaurant operations as a whole. Sarah utilizes her M.S. in Applied Psychology at the University of Southern California and emotional intelligence certifications – including the EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 as provided by Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) – to improve employee wellness, organizational effectiveness in recruitment, training, development, retention, and retirement planning.
