Loc8me are your modern day student lettings company. Focusing on the student market back in 2008 Raffaele took his frustration regarding the landlord-led student property market and launched Loc8me. Raffaele’s goal was to treat students with more respect and to be able to offer them desirable properties to complement their uni experience. Now into our second decade of operation we have expanded across multiple UK cities including Loughborough, Bristol, Durham, Newcastle, Nottingham, Leeds, Manchester, Hull, Leicester, Liverpool and Birmingham offering the highest spec student accommodation. We are proud to say that we still continue to offer great properties, each one different to the next offering unique designs and with exquisite finishes. Our students are not our only customers, we also work hard for the landlords looking to join the loc8me family.
