Locality Store(y) Having been around skateboarding and punk rock for so long you can see the parallels in both cultures. Both won't tolerate anything fake and both require free thinking. It’s with that spirit that we opened Locality Store. A space to hang out or meet up for the creative's of the local area, to stock up on the latest apparel from their favourite brands or to search our range of classic vinyl. After discovering bands like Black Flag and Descendents from watching skate videos in the 90's we would always try and find new music from seeing what the pro’s were skating to in video parts. A love affair with punk rock began and the rest is history! We love brands that have something positive to offer the people - things we believe are important. Locality's focus is on core skate but we want it to have that vibe that classic albums give you, a timeless energy. Whilst the heart of Locality won’t change, the store will progress with time, just like skating itself. We will represent the local community and hopefully become a big part of it. We want to let the locals decide what we become within skateboarding and to keep it fun. (Born out of a love of skateboarding and punk rock, locality is a product of 30 years of skating and 20 years of touring in a punk rock band.)
