We are all about data driven retail & locations insights. Our data helps you to choose or invest in the right locations. About our data collection: Locatus collects information about stores, shopping areas and footfall in the Benelux region and major European cities. Our team gathers the most up-to-data data on the street which you can use to support your decisions about store locations and retail real estate. In the Netherlands, we added two databases: housing plans and offices. About our online database and customers: Our customer base is comprised of virtually anyone who has anything to do with location strategy, be this a local authority, retailer, investor, project developer or estate agent. Our online data platform delivers the data that helps our clients understand and make more informed decisions on location issues. The people who work for us: Without people there is no data. Our staff is the core of our business. Half of our staff are out every day gathering information for our database. The other half populate the database, check data, produce analyses and reports and confer with clients to establish what information they need.
