The building had laid empty for 15 years and has been brought back to life. The boutique hotel, bar and kitchen is a brand new independent venture from local Liverpool based owners Andrew Spencer, Tom Bower and Michael Connolly. Having stood empty or over a decade, the team have worked hard to convert the building while retaining lots of the original features, including the original, distinctive Georgian shop front windows.
