About Lolo's Angels
Lolo’s Angels, Inc.’s mission is to fund life-saving research for pediatric cancer, sponsor blood and bone marrow drives, raise awareness for pediatric cancer, and sponsoring support activities for kids with cancer. Lolo's Angels is run by an Executive Board of 14 individuals; it is a 100% volunteer board and takes no administrative fees in order to maximize the impact on pediatric cancer research; patient advocacy and support. Lolo's Angels also mentors a Jr. Board of Directors that is comprised of 65+ high school students in the Omaha Metro from 11 area high schools. This group learns how to run a "mini" non-profit. They learn about pediatric cancer, fundraising, support, service, running blood and bone marrow drives, and how to be an effective advocate for kids with cancer. Lolo’s Angels, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit. Donations are tax-deductible.
