London Analysis,Psychotherapy and Counselling Professional, welcoming and effective support We provide psychotherapy and counselling to help with a wide range of problems. Our practice in Victoria is open seven days a week from 7am to 10pm. How we help: Our psychotherapy and counselling service provides assessment, treatment and support to help people understand themselves better and become more able to cope with their difficulties. These could range from simply feeling stuck or unable to move forward to more troubling or longer-term concerns. We offer solution-focused short-term and long term work. Therapies we offer: Psychodynamic psychotherapy: A talking and listening treatment that uses the relationship between you and your therapist to identify and change (often unconscious) patterns of thoughts and feelings that can hamper your emotional life. Dynamic interpersonal therapy: A time-limited treatment over sixteen weeks that uses a structured Psychodynamic approach to help with emotional and relationship problems. DIT can help you recognise patterns in relationships, thoughts and feelings that may cause a change in your levels of anxiety and mood. Cognitive behavioural therapy: A structured treatment aimed at changing unhelpful thinking patterns and finding more helpful ways of coping. Therapy is an experience where some things may be shared for the first time. All contact within sessions, via email or phone will remain strictly confidential. All our therapists work to professional codes of ethics and practice and are members of professional bodies.
