London Lofts Ltd Is a niche development/contractor company which specialises in schemes from a "one off" house up to 100 units within London (inside M25). We have several Joint ventures with land/site owners, who have either created the planning gain or are about to start the process and require the specialist knowledge, expertise and financing that we can "bring to the table". PLANNING: London Lofts have acquired several sites. CONSTRUCTION: 5 x Town Houses Canary Wharf E14-Planning gained Sept. 2011 - On site with completion July 2015. GDV 4.5M 9 Unit project Surrey Quays SE16- 4,500 sq.ft plus "Holistic Centre" and 8 luxury apartments - Planning obtained Aug. 2012 - On site March 2015. GDV 4.6M FUTURE LL are working on some interesting "Loft Style" schemes: 1. Stunning church conversion (4 x 1500 sq. ft. 3 bed/3 bath houses, separate gardens) - Nunhead.SE15. Planning gained. Start on site Sept 2015. 2. 9 x 800sq.ft.-1,000sq.ft. 2 bed 2 bath apts. in Poplar High Street - E14 - Great views South of Canary Wharf all with terraces. We are at the second Pre-App. stage. Aiming for planning by the Summer with a view to start works early 2016. 3. 35 x "Studioettes" . Surrey Quays SE16. We converted the upper parts of the "Old Red Lion" Public House Lower Road SE16, into 10 x studioettes (all currently rented as HMO's). We are working on a scheme with the planners to infill the courtyard and one storey flat roof to obtain a further 25 studioettes. Scheme will be in for planning around May 2015, with a view to obtain planning by the end of the year. Start date approx February 2016. London Lofts are actively seeking joint venture partners particularly site owners with/without planning who are finding it difficult to fund the build of the project. With London Lofts track record we have access to development funding at good rates and are able to project manage the build to maximise profit for all parties.
