Property and asset management We are the asset manager for Regional REIT Plc, a real estate investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange, which has over £750 million of primarily regional office and light industrial assets. Our property and asset management teams work together to grow the value of our property portfolio. What we do • Market and property analysis • Property acquisition and development of a business plan for the premises • Property refurbishment, liaison with agents and marketing • Tenant acquisition and ongoing liaison • Rent collection, management of service charges and dilapidations • Property disposal at conclusion of the business plan Property development Our property development division has invested in development opportunities across the commercial, retail and student housing sectors. We manage activity across the full development life cycle including the following • Identifying and acquiring sites for development • Engaging with community groups and other stakeholders around local issues • Working with local authorities and community groups to secure planning approval for schemes that deliver sustainable social and economic benefits • Managing the design, build and fit-out process • Working with agents to market properties as high-value, developed assets
