London Suitables Ltd specializes in providing accommodation to corporate clients working mainly in Central London and Canary Wharf. Our tenants are mainly working professionals in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, Engineering and IT industries. At London Suitables, we are looking to lease long term – the length of our contracts is minimum 2 years. We will start payments immediately once the contract is signed. For the term of the lease we make monthly rent payments regardless if the property is occupied or stays empty. The properties are required to meet a certain criteria within the standard of our clients. We are able to provide small kitchen appliances and light refurb at our cost. We also dress the rooms to ensure the comfort of our clients and sometimes we are able to furnish the entire property throughout. When we place an offer on a property, we list everything we provide as a part of the offer. The fournightly cleaner is included into our service, so the property is always maintained to a high standard. At London Suitables we provide 24/7 tenant support for our clients, so if there are any issues arise tenants can contact us directly. We understand that time and comfort is essential for our Corporate clients.
