About London Vermouth Company
The London Vermouth Company was born on a long night out, and raised on tasting, perfecting and flavour debating. In 2021 we present our first three bottles. All three being collaborations with two wonderful taste-makers, Camille and Steven, both people whose expertise is sought and knowledge renowned. Neither have made vermouth before, but then that’s the joy of our journey, indeed the very essence of who we are, going somewhere with brilliant people and seeing where it ends. Our No.1 Amber Limon comes via the mind and spirit of legendary cocktail muse Camille Hobby Limon. An amber hued balancing act of South Downs Bacchus and 21 botanicals starring Kentish rhubarb, zesty blood orange and Surrey honey. A drink to take you all the way through from sunset to sunup, and slowly back again. No.2 Camille’s Red also comes via the mind and spirit of legendary cocktail muse Camille Hobby Limon. She simply couldn’t resist another go. Made with South Downs Bacchus, Kentish gamay, ruby port and twenty three elegantly paired herbs and spices, brought together with a backbone of bonfire toffee. It’s both a smashable fireside stunner and an aperitivo-ready calmer, you decide, it’ll work wherever. Our No.3 S.E. Dry comes via the invention, passion and skills of Masterchef : The Professionals winner & chef patron Steven Edwards. With a South Downs Bacchus, 5 simple botanicals, Hampshire bramleys, Essex gooseberries & Dulwich honey to take modern vermouth making to new levels. A mouth-watering thirst-quenching delight that you’ll finish rather quicker than you should. But don’t worry too much : Vermouth is half the strength of most spirits.
