We are a boutique consultancy specialising in strategic and ‘on-the-ground’ operational support for the omnichannel retail SME. Think of us as the experienced Executive team you can call on when you need us. We bring our logistics and supply chain expertise from some of the world’s top brands and retailers to yours. We are used to being hands-on – applying our learnings and building knowledge in internal teams. We are here to help you move on from short term firefighting to identifying the right priorities and working towards strategic goals that support growth. With many competing priorities, sometimes you just need an experienced pair of hands to help you expand your bandwidth. We have worked in fast paced, growth businesses – plc, VC and family/founder led. We see the SME retail space as being a place where exciting things are happening and it’s where we want to be. We understand the complexities that come in this phase of your business and want to share the lessons we have learnt along the way to help you achieve your goals. We understand the frustration that can come with ‘outside advice’ and appreciate that our impact needs to be tangible and our advice pragmatic.
