What we do: Our services include virtual personal training program, exercise prescriptions, personal training and classes, wellness seminars, CPR/First Aid/AED certifications, health coaching, and corporate wellness services such as: health & wellness fairs, vitamin B12 injections, flu vaccinations, biometric screenings, health risk assessments, and wellness portal management.
