Who we are Lonestar Lobster is a growing family owned seafood company started in 2011. The docks in Maine and Canada were vertically integrated to source Texas and surrounding markets with live lobsters. Our state of the art facility and holding tanks store close to 50,000 lbs. of live lobster and dungeness crabs for the Texas market. We offer other live, fresh and frozen seafood products in a manner that aligns with our mission statement. Our mission, vision and values Our mission is to partner with vendors, customers and employees to responsibly provide access to our God-given natural seafood resources. Our vision is to become a leader in the markets we serve by utilizing industry-leading technology and just in time service for live, fresh and frozen seafood products. Our core values are to strive to honor God in all we do. This is reflected in how we conduct our business and how we care for our team members. What we are like We are a small company with great leadership and a big vision. Our team members are loved and cared for as family and we will work to maintain that atmosphere as we grow.
