About Long Point Eco-Adventures Retreat Centre
Long Point Eco-Adventures is an Outdoor Adventure Mecca in Southern Ontario! Beginning in 2009 with our world class zip line canopy tour we quickly became know as an ideal destination for adventurers across Ontario. In 2010 the Long Point Observatory opened it's doors, partnerships with SkyNews and it's editor Terrence Dickinson cemented us as a premier place to observe the heavens. In 2011 our Kayak trips really took off. They take place down through the UNESCO designated biosphere of Long Point Ontario. Opportunities around every corner for wildlife coined the nickname "Canadian Amazon". Our Wilderness Suites help reshape the Glamping experience across the globe. Tents with hardwood floors, king and queen beds, hot and cold running water, outdoor shower, toilets with sliding glass patio doors, not your typical camping experience. Visit our brand new Adventure Center, an ideal location for hosting Corporate Retreats, and meeting facilitation. Our meeting spaces overlook the Turkey Point Marsh, a designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. This scenic natural environment creates an ambiance for relaxation, in contrast to the confines of office cubicles. Our array of activities and team-building exercises on-site allows for multiple possibilities in constructing your team's adventure. In addition to our world-class activities, is our world-class partners: Hometown Brew Co. and the Burning Kiln Winery. We are lucky we are able to share the flavours of local craft beer and lush wines with all of our guests. All guests and groups are encouraged to embark on a winemaker's tour & tasting; the Burning Kiln explains the intricacies of wine-making, and finishes off with a proper tasting. Play & Stay with us here at Long Point Eco-Adventures, Ontario's Greatest Wilderness Resort.
