Long View Equity, LLC is an alternative investment management company, managing funds in real estate, technology, and social impact. We invest based on trusted relationships, domain expertise, and where we see opportunity to add value. REAL ESTATE FUNDS Diversified portfolios of income-producing healthcare, office and industrial properties in high-growth target markets (primarily in the state of Texas). A summary of performance to date is as follows: Fund I: Formed: 2010 Strategy: Opportunistic / value-add AUM (peak) : $13 M IRR (net): 21.5% (fully realized) Fund II Formed: 2011 Strategy: Core plus / value-add AUM (peak) : $76 M IRR (net): 15.0% (75% realized) Fund III Formed: 2014 Strategy: Core plus / value-add AUM (peak) : $123 M IRR (net): 15.4% (10% realized) TECHNOLOGY SEED FUND Venture capital fund which invests in early-stage tech-enabled companies who leverage data to solve business problems in novel ways. We partner with founders when their journey begins and provide support through the seed funding, product development, and customer discovery stages. The fund was formed in 2018 and has made five investments to date. SOCIAL IMPACT FUND A private equity, for-profit investment vehicle, seeking charitable purposes through deploying growth capital to seasoned entrepreneurs and NGOs in emerging and frontier markets primarily in the Middle East, Anglophone Africa, and parts of Asia. Investment criteria Companies or NGOs that: (1) provide goods and/or services that add transformational value and quality to peoples' lives; (2) provide jobs with dignity, together with education, training, and personal development opportunities; and (3) are in need to growth capital. Target industries: healthcare, manufacturing, and education. Method of investment: (1) direct purchase of assets for lease; (2) secured loans; or (3) non (or limited) control minority equity positions.
