Longero, a division of Iron Mountain Industries, is Colorado’s premier industrial custom steel forming and fabricator. Since 1923 we have served the needs of Denver, Boulder, Ft. Collins, Colorado Springs and Pueblo in manufacturing large steel and stainless steel weldments and other projects per our customers’ specifications. Our full service steel fabrication plant offers a variety of services including: *Welding - Full Service welding of a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Materials welded include carbon steel, stainless steel, & aluminum. Weld processes used: FLUX-CORE (FCAW), MIG (GMAW) TIG (GTAW), Stick Electrode (SMAW), Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) *Large Specialty Fabrications – Carbon steel and stainless steel weldments including skids, platforms, water control gates, tanks, bins, hoppers, transitions, clarifiers, process equipment, and spiral stair cases, in weights up to 80,000 pounds (40 tons). *Profile Rolling – including angle rolling, pipe rolling, square tube rolling, rectangular tube rolling , beam rolling and channel rolling. We roll beams up to W27 x 94# and Rectangular Tube up to 22" x 20" x .500". *Press Brake Work – bending of heavy plate, forming of transitions, forming cones, forming square to rounds, forming channels and forming angles. Step braking of AR plates to manufacture blades, buckets and other wear surfaces. *Plate Rolling Work – .625” plate in up to 12’ long sections, arc segments and pre-fabricated railing. Rolling of spiral stair stringers from rectangular tubing, channel and plate. *Shear- We've recently added a new shear handing up to 1.25" Carbon Steel Plate & .75" Stainless Steel Plate in 12' wide sections
