Acquisitions: In 1999 We made our first portfolio acquisition taking over the management properties of Mitchelson McCarthy Chartered Surveyors in Bow. In 2003 we completed the purchase of Universal Property Bureau in Stratford further expanding our portfolio and giving us more exposure with a new Stratford office. In 2004 we took over the management of eWLets in Bow & currently in 2005 we are in negotiation to make our most important purchase being that of one of London 's oldest firms .
