We created Loomlight Collective to guide women in tuning out the noise and navigating leadership on their own terms. We provide: Executive Leadership Coaching: We specialize in supporting women executives in social impact and non-profit spaces. Our approaches are facilitative, somatic, and practical. We coach individuals and teams, including during the first hundred days, year one, crisis coaching, and transitions. Team & Organizational Development: We help leaders build and sustain courageous, compassionate, connected, and high-functioning leadership teams. Leading big, mission-driven work often requires a strong team, and it takes focused, skillful effort to get there. We partner with executives through team coaching, facilitation, and team development to build teams that help leaders thrive. Facilitation for Leadership Team Retreats: We support groups of leaders to reconnect through off-sites and retreats for mission-driven leaders and their teams. We design, facilitate, and organize purpose-driven gatherings, including leadership retreats, and women’s gatherings. We know the power of what is possible when we connect who we are with how we lead.
