We offer 1:1 Leadership Coaching programs for senior leaders, Group Coaching programs for emerging female leaders, and Insights Discovery® workshops for teams. 1:1 Leadership Coaching Our 1:1 Leadership Coaching program will support your leaders to thrive in their roles, as well as improve engagement and leadership performance. We help senior leaders lead more authentically to create an impact. We support them to lead with purpose, align their actions with their values, and understand and leverage their strengths so they can make a bigger contribution to the organisation. We help leaders create balance across all areas of their life. Group Coaching Our Group Coaching programs for emerging female leaders are designed to accelerate the development of female leaders and retain female talent in your organisation. The On-Purpose Development Program is designed to empower emerging female leaders. It will boost confidence, resilience and strengths in each leader, as well as build powerful networks of peer support across your business. Designed in partnership with Discover Yellow, this program takes a whole person approach to development, focusing on wellness and resilience as core parts of the program. Insights Discovery® Insights Discovery® helps people better understand themselves, and others, so that they can have healthy, productive and positive working relationships. Insights Discovery® is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. It uses a simple four colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. The tool can be used in a 1:1 Coaching session to build self-awareness, or in team building workshops. Workshops can be delivered virtually or in-person.
