We use Design-Build to show critical and reliable construction input during design to improve the performance of a project. Therefore, from the early stages of the project from the project initiation and design stages, the design team includes architects, engineers, construction, operations, and facilities management experts. Having a complete team early in the project ensures a hitch-free project delivery because decisions made earlier in the project result in a higher-performing infrastructure. As a result, more efficient and sustainable infrastructure and or facility will be handed over to the client.
