By providing women with confidence, skills, and applied experience through structured programs and returnships, and by supporting nonprofits with skilled talent to advance their missions, LLC creates a dual-impact model where women thrive and nonprofits grow stronger. Our dual mission is simple but powerful: 🔹 We build nonprofit capacity by offering culturally informed leadership, strategy, and program development through expert-led consulting and collaboration. 🔹 We support women in transition, those re-entering the workforce, pivoting careers, or seeking meaningful purpose, by guiding them into values-aligned work and leadership in the social impact space. Through our flagship "Revive" Program, curated trainings, and the expertise of our Founder, we create pathways for women to grow as leaders while helping nonprofits scale their impact.
