Nestled on a 4.5 acre property surrounded by lush tropical greenery, visitors can relax in Adirondack chairs by the pond and forget they're in the busy city of Tampa. With 3 classrooms dedicated to yoga practice, meditation, healthy living and special events, our center offers comprehensive instruction in all things Yoga and Mindfulness. 2 of the classrooms are indoor with A/C and one classroom is a screen in deck that overlooks the property and pond with peaceful sounds of a man-made waterfall in the near distance. The Lotus Pond provides a joyful and all encompassing approach to yoga education. Over almost 2 decades, we have graduated hundreds of yoga teachers in both our 200hr and 300hr level training programs. For the past 16 years, The Lotus Pond Center for Yoga and Health has been a welcoming, peaceful oasis for Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Teacher Training. The Lotus Pond provides a tranquil environment in a grounding log cabin studio where individuals can find inner peace and alleviate stress through yoga and meditation classes. Our highly experienced teachers, welcoming and friendly atmosphere , inspiring workshops with world-renowned training instructors, & heartfelt Yoga Teacher Training Programs make our center in Northwest Tampa a truly magical place to experience.
