Our services and support is varied but includes: A Safe Space: - Women can relax and spend time in a welcoming environment and don't need to have a reason to come to Lou's Place, they can just come and hang out there. Supportive Staff: Speak to skilled staff for assistance with issues like homelessness, domestic violence, or financial hardship. Activities and Community- Engage in various activities and connect with other women. Basic Needs: - Access showers, laundry facilities, and nutritious meals for breakfast and lunch. We also offer specialised programs, such as: Connecting Through Change: Support for women who have experienced domestic or family violence. Always Mum: Assistance for mothers and grandmothers with children in care. Crisis Support: Help with documentation, navigating housing or other difficult systems, and addressing financial hardship or other crises.
