Loudoun Youth, Inc. empowers middle and high school students across Loudoun County to become confident leaders, compassionate volunteers, and engaged community members. Our mission is to build character, encourage civic engagement, and create leadership opportunities that shape the next generation of changemakers. Through innovative and impactful programs like: ✨ Claude Moore Community Builders (CMCB) – A 10-month leadership and service program connecting youth with nonprofit partners and over 100 hours of volunteer experience. 🌟 Loudoun Youth Leadership Program – A week-long summer experience where students learn directly from local business, government, and nonprofit leaders through hands-on activities, networking, and real-world insights. 🎤 Battle of the Bands – A platform for local teen musicians to showcase their talent and creativity while building community spirit. 💡 Step Up Loudoun Youth Competition – An annual challenge where students identify a real issue and create actionable solutions to make a difference in their schools and neighborhoods. 🤝 Loudoun Youth Advisory Council (YAC) – A student-led council giving youth a voice in local government and community decision-making.
