The Louis Gervais Bistro is open Monday through Friday for breakfast and lunch and serves 200 plus customers daily. The menu features a selection of house-baked pastries, breakfast sandwiches and wraps, yogurt and fresh fruit and espresso coffee each morning, and a variety of fresh salads and French baguette sandwiches, hot specials, a daily soup and desserts throughout the day.
