About Louisa Homecare

We are a forward thinking company that help support people in their own homes. Our other aims are to help maintain independence, safety and ensure our clients are contented. Our office is based in Trowbridge and we support clients within a 10 mile radius, however we can provide a tailored service outside of this area. We only employee fully trained support workers who are DBS and referenced checked. They also share the same caring principle and ethos as what we stand for as a company. We provide our staff with regular training and support from our in-house team, along with completing regular spot checks when our staff are working in your homes. Our main objective is to ensure we provide a professional and friendly first class service at all times. Our Director will make weekly telephone calls and monthly home visits to ensure that the service we are providing is satisfactory to your needs and that no changes need to be made. These visits will enable us to monitor your care plan and ensure that you are happy with the service you are receiving. All of our services are tailored to our clients. We can provide support from an hour a day to full time care. Examples of our services: • Personal care • Shopping • House work • Laundry • Assistance to appointments- Doctors/Hospital/Other • Social outings • Tailored support to regain/maintain independence Whilst we offer all of the above services, we find some clients simply need someone to have a chat with and some companionship and that is what we are here to bring.
