The Loup collection is NYC-based designer Danielle Ribner’s love letter from the city that neversleeps to the city of lights. Inspired by Parision art, fashion and film icons such as Brigitte Bardot, Jane Birkin and Françoise Hardy, Ribner unites classic cuts and vintage details with contemporary designs and a modern attitude. The result: wearable wardrobe staples for today’s woman. Inspired by the French word for ‘’wolf,’’ Loup embodies instant, instinctive and impeccable grace. Since founding her company in 2009, Ribner has relied solely on factories in the Garment District, where she’s personally acquainted with everyone from the washers who treat her fabrics to give them that certain je ne sais quoi to the sewers who stitch together everypiece.
