About LouvainMUN

Founded 10 years ago, LouvainMUN is a student association with students who are passionate about international affairs and the world of diplomacy in Louvain-La-Neuve. Indeed, the student organization allows its members to learn more about the United Nations and the art of debate by offering them the opportunity to participate in conferences mainly abroad, in the form of United Nations modelling or rather M.U.N. These conferences are the perfect opportunity to get a closer look at diplomatic functions by representing different countries on different issues. That is why, throughout the academic year, our team members train to improve themselves. The art of debate and negotiations no longer holds any secrets for our team, who deepen their knowledge of geopolitics and international relations simultaneously, and all of this exclusively in english. Since then, LouvainMUN has succeeded in providing to its members with a practical experience where each student is strengthened to continue his or her's academic career. In addition, LouvainMUN is a place for meetings and exchanges, but even more so a place to share ideas, cultures and knowledge. In a world where the stakes have become crucial for world peace, each of our members hopes one day to be an actor in building the world of a better tomorrow.
