About Love INC of the Black Hills
Love INC is area churches and Christians coming together to help their neighbors in need. Love INC has four main ministries. Life INC helps people get their lives back in order. Classes include: Financial Freedom, Successful Living, Common Sense Parenting, Nutrition, Christianity Explored and Employment Skills. There are four 10-week quarters of classes each year. There are many opportunities to volunteer and receive help through Life INC. Clothe-A-Kid helps over 1,000 children throughout the Black Hills with new clothes for school. This ministry involves over 1,500 volunteers in 50+ area churches. Last year over 300 children in area crisis shelters received a backpack with clothing, toiletries, a blanket and activities. Each case provides comfort and needed items to a child who has lost so much. Over 700 requests a year are met directly by church volunteers: home repair, furniture, household items and linens. When people call Love INC for help, Clearinghouse volunteers direct them to the best source of assistance and pray with them about their needs.
