Since 1980, Loveland Screw Machine has been providing custom manufacturing solutions to many industries including aerospace, medical, nuclear and automotive, just to name a few. We have over 20 CNC controlled lathes with bar feeders, including Swiss-style machining capabilities; with turning capacities up to 100mm. We also have 8 combined CNC controlled mills and vertical tapping centers; with capacities up to 500mm by 1200mm. The company's quality program is currently configured to meet standards for manufacture of components for commercial nuclear power reactors. The program is audited on a triennial basis for adherence to 10CFR50 Appendix B, ANSI N45.2, NQA-1 and 10CFR21 Safety. Hence, we are able to provide safety-related components. If one is not involved in the nuclear field, these certifications may not be very familiar. The quality program we maintain is quite similar to ISO9000.
