𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱: ❓ Why slim, healthy looking people get type 2 diabetes, fatty liver disease or have a poor immune system? ❓ Why fat people can follow the govt. guidelines around exercise and “healthy eating” to the letter and still be fat? ❓ Or, why “diet clubs” never “keep the weight off” for the long haul? 𝗦𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗲. Since 1983, The UK has demonstrably dropped its fat and sugar consumption, upped its exercise and yet the UK has more obesity, type 2 diabetes, chronic heart disease and high blood pressure than ever. Simply put, we are less metabolically healthy. Due to this, the NHS spends around £14bn/year and rising on the care of Type 2 diabetes and associated complications alone. This appauls us, and so we’ve done huge amounts of research about why this is all happening; reading, talking and questioning the current way of doing things. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲? We are here to ✅ totally disrupt the guilt and shame creating and victim blaming diet industry paradigm, ✅ transform the way that the world looks at “weight loss” ✅ move our attitudes away from the very superficial “losing weight”, and towards “gaining health whilst ditching our body fat” ✅ reset people’s metabolic heath and ✅ show people what healthy living really looks like. We want to free everyone from the Diet Prison™ that faulty government guidelines and “diet clubs” have kept us locked up in and so enable everyone to live healthily the low carb way! 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀!
