Short/medium/long-term management services for primary care organisations. Support for primary care managers to access portfolio careers. A community of highly skilled, experienced and qualified senior practice managers led by a team of regional leads available. We offer support around all things primary care including patient services, HR, finance, contracting, compliance, estates management, training, development, IT optimisation and transformation. We can also support you with recruitment and onboarding of staff including coaching and mentoring. We can take care of various management tasks remotely including bookkeeping, accounting, claims, payroll and pension administration. We can take care of CQC, health and safety, infection prevention and control, policies, procedures and protocols. We can conduct workforce analysis, implement smarter ways of working to ensure the right mix of staff are engaged and they are equipped with the appropriate skills. We focus on wellbeing and resilience to ensure staff are cared for, supported, engaged and committed to deliver excellent patient care. We work with patients to ensure they are encouraged to engage and participate in forums and reference groups to work with practice staff with an aim to improve services. We support, train and develop practice staff so they are the best they can be in their roles. We support partners and provide them with the tools and techniques to prioritise patient care and run profitable businesses. Last but not least, we have a strong community of primary care managers working on a locum basis from all regions. With full support from our senior team to lead them with access to specialist services such as legal and financial. All our leads and associates are actively working in primary care roles which ensures we are embedded in the industry we serve.
